How do I transfer Smart Schedules from my old computer to my new computer?

To transfer a license from one computer to another, you need to deactivate it on the first computer before it can be activated on the second.

To deactivate please follow the steps below:

If you are using Outlook 2000/2002/2003/2007:

Open Microsoft Outlook and go to your Inbox
Select the Tools menu --> choose Standss --> choose Smart Schedules
Click About Smart Schedules
Click the Activate/Deactivate button
Click on the blue underlined link Deactivate software on this computer to deactivate.

If you are using Outlook 2010(32-bit):
Open Microsoft Outlook and go to your Calendar or Task folder
Click the little arrow next to Control Center on the Smart Schedules ribbon --> select More
Click About Smart Schedules
Click the Activate/Deactivate button
Click on the blue underlined link Deactivate software on this computer to deactivate.

You will now be able to activate Smart Schedules on another computer using the same unlock code.
