Why are all emails not being sent from the Drafts folder when I use Batch Send?

(This article applies to Email Merge Version 3 or later only.)

Certain emails that have been selected for the Batch Send will not be sent if there is NO contact in the To, CC, or BCC field.

Any email that does not have a To, CC or BCC contact will be automatically excluded from the Batch Send and will remain in the Drafts folder.
