How do I view faxes that were sent and those that are left to be sent?

You can view this information in the Fax Console (Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > Communications > Fax > Fax Console).

The Sent Items folder shows items that were successfully sent.
The Outbox folder shows items that are still to be sent and items that were unable to be sent.
