I can't see the Fax4Word toolbar in Microsoft Word

The first thing to check is if Word has disabled Fax4Word.

If you are using Word XP/2003 and it has disabled the AddIn, start Word and reactivate Fax4Word by doing the following:
1. Select Help -> About Microsoft Word
2. Click Disabled Items button, select Fax4Word, and click Enable.

If the above is not the cause of the problem then try the following:
In Microsoft Word:
Click Tools - Fax4Word - Show Toolbar when Word starts

If the above still does not work, try this:      
Open Microsoft Word
Right-click on the toolbar
Select Fax4Word
