1. Please click on the link below:
2. Please click on Start Support session as shown below:
3. After clicking on Start Support Session, FixMeit Client will be automatically downloaded.
4. Once the download has completed, please run the installer file and follow the instructions.
5. Once the installation is completed you will be provided with a client ID as shown below.
6. You will need to provide the Client ID to the person who will assistance you in remote connection via Email/Live Chat.
Please ensure to leave the Browser open for user to connect to your computer successfully
