QuickFile screen takes time to load

QuickFile Version 6
This is most likely caused if "Expand All Folders in Quickfile" option is ticked in the QuickFile Settings Screen.

Below are the steps to turn "Expand All Folders in Quickfile" option off:
  1. From Microsoft Outlook, go to Standss Outlook Addins tab
  2. Click More from QuickFile Group
  3. Click on Settings to open QuickFile Settings Screen
  4. Uncheck "Expand All Folders in Quickfile" from Standard tab
  5. Click OK button to save the settings.
If you want to keep "Expand All Folders in Quickfile" option on, you can uncheck "Show ND Icons" option from the QuickFile Settings Screen to speed up loading of the QuickFile.

Below are the steps to turn  "Show ND Icons" option off:
  1. From Microsoft Outlook, go to Standss Outlook Addins tab
  2. Click More from QuickFile Group
  3. Click on Settings to open QuickFile Settings Screen
  4. Go to NetDocuments tab
  5. Uncheck "Show ND Icons".
  6. Click OK button to save the settings.
