How do I remove deleted or older names of renamed folder appearing as suggestions?

QuickFile Version 6
Here are the steps to remove those folders from suggestion list:
  1. From Microsoft Outlook, go to Standss Outlook Addins tab
  2. Click on More from QuickFile group
  3. Click on Settings.. to open QuickFile Settings Screen
  4. Go to Data Files tab
  5. Click on Clean Suggestions button
  6. Click on Select All button
  7. Click on Remove button
  8. Click Yes to re-index folders
  9. Close Maintain Suggestions Form
  10. Close QuickFile Settings Screen
