To transfer a license from one computer to another, you need to deactivate it on the first computer before it can be activated on the second.
To deactivate please follow the steps below:
- Open Outlook.
- Locate EmailTags on the ribbon.
- Click to the “More” drop-down.
- Click on “About EmailTags”
- Click the Activate/Deactivate button.
- Click on the link “Deactivate Software on this computer”
Once deactivated, you should now be able to activate EmailTags on another machine using the same code.
