How do I delay emails so that I can “recall” them even after I click Send?

SendGuard includes a feature called DelayGuard, which delays emails for a short period of time after you click Send. This gives you the opportunity to recall or cancel an email before it actually leaves your Outbox. Here’s how you can enable Delay Send via the SendGuard Management console:

Step 1: Login to the Standss SendGuard Management Console

Step 2: Click Manage

Step 3: Go to M365 Settings

Step 4: Scroll down to DelayGuard Settings and set the delay time (e.g., 30 seconds, 1 minute).

Step 5: Click Save.

Once enabled, all your emails will wait in the Outbox for the selected time, giving you a chance to recall them if needed.
