How do I get SendGuard to prompt users to use BCC if there are a lot of recipients?

SendGuard includes a feature called Recipient Privacy for Marketing Emails. When enabled, it will automatically prompt users to move recipients to BCC if the number of recipients exceeds the limit you set. This helps protect recipient privacy and prevents accidental disclosure of email addresses.

How to enable Recipient Privacy:

Step 1: Login to the Standss SendGuard Management Console

Step 2: Click Manage

   

 

 

 

    

Step 3: Go to M365 Settings

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

    

Step 4: Find Recipient Privacy for Marketing Emails    

Step 5: Set the option to Yes, and specify the maximum number of recipients allowed before the BCC prompt appears

Step 6: Click Save.

 

Once set up, users will see a prompt encouraging them to use BCC whenever the recipient count goes above your chosen limit.
