How do I get SendGuard to prompt for both internal and external recipients?

By default, SendGuard may be set to only show prompts when sending to external recipients. If you’d like users to also see prompts when emailing internal recipients, you can change the settings in the SendGuard Management Console.

Steps to enable prompts for all recipients:

Step 1: Login to the Standss SendGuard Management Console

Step 2: Click Manage

Step 3: Go to M365 Settings

Step 4: Scroll down to SendConfirm Settings and update “Show Prompt for” to All Emails

Step 5: Click Save

Once updated, SendGuard will display the confirmation prompt for both internal and external emails.
