How do I uninstall SendGuard365 for my entire organization?

If you no longer need SendGuard, you can remove it from your Microsoft 365 tenant. Please note that uninstalling the add-in will remove it for all users, and it may take a few hours for the changes to take effect across your organization.

Steps to uninstall SendGuard:

Step 1: Log in to Office 365 as an Administrator

Step 2: Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

Step 3: Click Settings > Integrated apps

Step 4: Select SendGuard M365

Step 5: Click Remove Add-in

Step 6: Confirm by clicking Remove again

Upon uninstallation, SendGuard could take up to 72 hours for the app to completely remove from the entire tenant/organization
