Can I change the SendGuard 365 prompts to a different language?

SendGuard365 > 01. General
Yes. SendGuard 365 supports multiple languages. To enable prompts in another language, the manifest file must be customized by the Standss team.

How to request language support:
  1. Send an email to support@standss.com with your language request.
  2. Our team will customize and send you an updated manifest file.
  3. Deploy the updated manifest through your Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Currently supported languages:
  • English
  • Danish
  • German
  • Japanese
  • Spanish
  • French
  • Dutch (Netherlands)
  • Italian
Once deployed, all SendGuard prompts will display in your selected language.

For Classic Outlook users, please follow these steps:
 
  1. Open SendGuard Settings
  2. Navigate to Advanced
  3. Enable Support Unicode characters.
 
 
  1. Click OK
  2. Close Outlook
  3. Open Registry Editor
  4. Follow this path: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\addins4office\SendGuard\v5
 
 
  1. Navigate to _SendGuardLanguage and click to select.
 
 
  1. Type in the respective registry key:
 
fr-FR – French
nl-NL – Dutch (Netherlands)
da-DK – Danish
es-ES – Spanish
de-DE – German
ja-JP – Japanese
 
(Ensure that there aren’t any spaces before and after)
 
 
Note: This key can be left empty or blank, it will use the default value which is “en-EN”
 
  1. Click OK.
  2. Restart Outlook
