Why do I see an error message in Outlook when SendGuard is initially installed?

If you receive an error message that SendGuard wasn’t installed correctly, this could mean you have installed the wrong installer file. Follow the instructions below to ensure you install the correct MSI installer for your Outlook
First, check which bit version your Outlook is running.
  • Step 1: Open Outlook and click on the File tab
    Step 2: Open Office Account
    Step 3: Click on About Outlook
  • The following screen will open:
The following screen will open, and you will be able identify the bit version:
Step 4: Uninstall the current SendGuard version. 
Step 5: Once you have successfully uninstalled SendGuard, close Outlook and download the correct MSI installer.
Step 6: Run the installer and restart Outlook. 

*SendGuard for Outlook should work fine once you complete these necessary steps.
