Why can't I see the SendGuard menu in Outlook?

If the SendGuard menu is missing from your Outlook ribbon, the add-in may be disabled by Outlook, not installed correctly, or not activated. You can check and resolve this by following the steps below.

Method 1: Re-enable a Disabled Add-in
The SendGuard add-in may have been disabled by Outlook. To re-enable it:
  1. In Outlook, go to File > Info.
  2. Click on Manage Disabled Items (or Disabled Items in some versions).
  3. If SendGuard is listed, select it and click Enable.
  4. Restart Outlook for the change to take effect.
Method 2: Check COM Add-ins
If the menu is still missing, verify the add-in is active in your settings:
  1. In Outlook, go to File > Options.
  2. Select Add-ins.
  3. At the bottom of the window, in the Manage dropdown, select COM Add-ins and click Go.
  4. In the list that appears, check the box next to SendGuard.
  5. Click OK and restart Outlook.
Method 3: Reinstall SendGuard
If the above steps do not solve the problem, the installation may be corrupted. Please try reinstalling the SendGuard software. If the issue persists, contact us at support@standss.com for further assistance.
