Why does SendGuard not show the prompt when sending emails internally?

The settings within the SendGuard Management Console may have been set to only prompt when emailing “External Recipients Only”

To change this, please follow the steps below:
  • Click on M365 Settings in the top menu

  • Scroll down to the SendConfirm Settings and navigate to the “Show Prompt for” then enable All Emails
  • Remember to click Save.
