Why is SendGuard not activating for some users, even after they were manually assigned in the SendGuard Management Console?

There can be two common reasons for this.

1. You haven’t installed the software completely yet

Please note that the installation is done separately from assigning licenses manually to users.
Installing/Deploying SendGuard is done via the Microsoft Admin Center. 

The SendGuard Management Console is only used to assign licenses.

2. Tenant ID does not match the domain

If you'd like to run the trial under a different tenant or domain, please email sales@standss.com with the domain name (e.g., yourcompany.com) and we’ll update the trial for you.
