Cannot see any users in the SendGuard Management Console (First-come-first-served)

Problem:
You cannot see any users listed in the SendGuard Management Console.
 
Situation:
This issue occurs when license assignment is set to First-Come-First-Served but the software has not been deployed/installed yet.
 
Explanation:
There are two steps to using SendGuard:
  1. Assign User Licenses (not needed if you set Manage Users to First-Come-First Served)
  2. Install/Deploy SendGuard for users
With First-Come-First-Served, users’ email addresses will automatically appear in the console once SendGuard has been correctly deployed and they start using SendGuard.
 
If no users are appearing, it means either:
  • SendGuard has not yet been deployed, or
  • Deployment has been done, but Microsoft’s rollout has not yet reached the users’ computers (this may take up to 72 hours).
