How to add a new administrator to the SendGuard Management Console?

The SendGuard Management Console can be accessed by the person who the license is registered under (usually the person who created the trial or purchased the license).
 
The console can also be accessed by any Microsoft 365 users for the tenant with the following roles:
 
  • Global Administrator
  • Application Administrator
  • Cloud Application Administrator
To add a new administrator to the SendGuard Management Console (aside from above), you will need to email your contact at Standss or sales@standss.com. In your email, please include the email addresses of the person(s) you wish to add as an admin to the console
