SendGuard prompt styles - choose what works best for your team

SendGuard can prompt and/or warn you in 3 different ways!

By default, your SendGuard 365 trial (Pro and Premium) uses the SmartAlert Task Pane - this is the new Microsoft‑recommended experience for modern Outlook.

It shows a clear summary of potential issues (recipients, attachments, sensitive data, etc.) in a side panel before the email is sent.

We’ve designed it this way so your users can review messages quickly without extra pop‑ups or interruptions.

SIMPLE PROMPT

A simple prompt to confirm recipients and attachments

INTERACTIVE PROMPT (POP UP)

Pop-Up screens are displayed to confirm recipients and attachments. Similar prompts are also used for DLP and SendRules. The prompts have to be closed in order to make changes to the email.
