What is the retention of any client data stored by Standss or SendGuard?

SendGuard does NOT store any customer email data or attachments.
 
  • All processing for the Outlook COM add-in occurs entirely on the user’s local computer.
  • The Outlook Web add-in processes most data locally. If attachment scanning is enabled, attachments are temporarily processed on Microsoft Azure servers for data loss prevention checks, but no data is saved after processing.
  • The optional Standss License Management System stores only user email addresses for license management purposes. No email content, attachments, or logs are retained.
