What access does Standss or SendGuard have to customer data?

Access is strictly limited.
 
  • SendGuard runs locally and does not transmit or give Standss access to customer data or emails.
  • For customers using the optional License Management System, only email addresses of licensed users are visible to the authorized Standss account manager and the customer’s Office 365 Global Admin.
  • When attachment scanning is used, data is processed automatically and securely via Microsoft Azure, with no human access or data retention.
