Customize SendGuard Prompts with Your Logo and Policies

SendGuard allows administrators to enhance the user experience by adding company-specific branding and important policy references directly to the SendGuard prompt. This feature ensures that employees are reminded of organizational guidelines at critical decision points, promoting compliance and reinforcing security awareness.

By customizing the prompt with your company logo and links to relevant policies, you create a consistent brand presence and provide quick access to essential information without disrupting workflow.

 To configure your settings, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the SendGuard Management Console and Login
  2. Click Manage

  1. Click on Manage M365 Settings

  1. Navigate down till you find the Corporate Branding/Policies Section:

You can then enter the details and upload your company logo if needed.

Click Save.

Changes may take up to 4 hours to apply. For immediate testing, click Refresh settings in Outlook (if available), or use Outlook Web App (OWA) in a private/incognito browser.
