When installing or using QuickFile365, you may see a message such as “Need Admin Approval” or “Approval Required.”
This can happen when:
- Installing or using the QuickFile365 Outlook add-in
- Accessing the QuickFile365 license portal (for subscription management)
This happens because QuickFile requires permission to access your mailbox and perform actions on your behalf. Microsoft 365 requires an administrator to grant these permissions before the app can be used.
