When installing or using QuickFile365, you may see a message such as “Need Admin Approval” or “Approval Required.”
This happens because QuickFile365 requires permission to access your mailbox and send emails on your behalf. Microsoft 365 requires an administrator to grant these permissions before the add-in can be used.
Below are examples of the message you may see:
If you are an administrator, you can approve the request yourself. If not, you will need to contact your IT team.
If you are an Administrator
You can grant permission in one of the following ways:

You will need to request approval from your IT administrator. You can copy and send the message below:
