Why is SendGuard disabled after a Microsoft 365 or Office update?

If SendGuard continues to disable every time there's an office update, here's how you can keep SendGuard enabled at all times.
  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click on Standss Outlook Addins in the top menu. 
  3. Click on the SendGuard dropdown and select About SendGuard for Outlook
  4. Click Open App Folder
  5. Open Batch Files
  6. Click on the file name “SendGuard_AlwaysEnable_Outlook 2016_2019_2021_Office365.bat” 
 
 

Once completed, this will keep SendGuard enabled after any Office365 update.
