Where to Find Your BCC to Salesforce Email Address

EmailMerge365 allows you to automatically save a copy of your sent emails into Salesforce using a BCC email address. This ensures important correspondence is logged and available for future reference.

Your unique Salesforce BCC address is generated inside Salesforce. Follow the steps below to locate it:

Steps to Find Your Salesforce BCC Email Address

  1. Log in to Salesforce 
    • Open Salesforce and sign in with your credentials. 
  2. Open Setup / Settings 
    • Click your profile icon or name in the top-right corner. 
    • Select Settings or Setup (wording may vary depending on your Salesforce interface). 

  1. Go to Email Settings 
    • In the left-hand menu, locate and click Email
    • Expand the Email section if it is collapsed. 
  2. Open “Email to Salesforce” 
    • Click Email to Salesforce

  1. Copy Your Unique BCC Address 
    • Your personal Salesforce BCC email address will be displayed on this page. 
    • Copy this email address carefully. 

Use the BCC Address in EmailMerge365

  • Open the EmailMerge365 Outlook Web Add-in 
  • On the Send tab, paste your Salesforce BCC email address into the BCC or Salesforce integration field (as instructed in the add-in settings) 
  • Save your settings to ensure all sent emails are logged in Salesforce 

Important Notes

  • Each Salesforce user has a unique BCC email address 
  • Do not share this address unless required by your organization’s Salesforce administrator 
  • If emails are not being logged, verify that the correct BCC address is being used
