When enabling shared mailbox support in QuickFile365, additional Microsoft Graph permissions are required. This article explains why these permissions are needed, which plans support shared mailboxes, and how administrators can grant consent.
Why Does QuickFile365 Need Additional Permissions for Shared Mailboxes?
QuickFile365 requires permission to access your mailbox and perform actions on your behalf. When filing to shared mailboxes, QuickFile365 needs additional permissions to read, write, and send from shared mailboxes.
These permissions are only available on Ultimate plans. Standard and Pro plans do not support filing to shared mailboxes.
What Permissions Are Required for Shared Mailboxes?
Permission | Purpose |
MailboxFolder.Read.All

|
MailboxItem.ImportExport.All

|
User.Read.All
