Can I import contacts from Microsoft Access to Outlook to do EmailMerge?

Yes. EmailMerge Pro allows you to use contacts directly from Access database (as well as CSV files and Excel files) to do email merges.

While using access databases you can use tables as well as queries to import contacts from the database.

If you have very large database and do not want to change the names of the fields to suit EmailMerge, queries can be very helpful.

This feature is not supported in the standard version of EmailMerge.
